Just to clarify some expectations around team meetings….the purpose of fall meetings would be to tweak or finalize PPPs and therefore this may not require a full team meeting with PSPs (Professional Service Providers) present.  Spring meetings are intended to be planning meetings where input from all members is required so please aim for full team attendance at this meeting.  Review meetings throughout the year may be held as needed, but PSP attendance may or may not be necessary.   If you are planning a full team meeting, please give PSPs and and your SSC as much notice as possible.  Consider setting dates for the spring soon in consultation with PSPs involved so they can work these dates into their busy calendars.
 
An exception regarding fall meetings would be meetings for 3 and 4 year olds who are new to GSSD.  In this case, upcoming fall meetings should focus on PPP development and therefore require the full team’s input at meetings.  A spring meeting should also be set to review the PPP and plan for next year’s programming and/or transition if applicable.
