Note* Referrals submitted to your Student Services Coordinator prior to the meeting date will be reviewed at the referral intake meeting. Within 2 days of the meeting, each submitting school will be emailed an follow-up action list with proposed PSP responses. If a referral was submitted and that student’s name does not appear on the follow-up action list, please contact your SSC to confirm receipt of the referral.

For the 2011/2012 School year, the swim program will occur on the following dates:

•  Thursday, October 27^th, 2011
• Thursday, November 17^th, 2011
• Thursday, January 19^th, 2012
• Thursday, February 16^th, 2012
• Thursday, March 15^th, 2012
• Thursday, April 26^th, 2012
• Thursday, May 17^th, 2012

 The pool is reserved for us from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon  and students must be back at school in time to catch their buses home, thus you will need to plan lunch break and departure times accordingly.
