ABCya.com has a variety of online games and apps to use in your classroom. I really like the Fraction Tiles which can be used online and or is also available in an APP for your iPad. Check out the keyboarding games too to give your students extra practice.
As part of the SK ELA Curriculum you have to “View, listen to, read, comprehend, and respond to a variety of texts …” and listening to Podcasts can be a great medium to use. There are many places to find podcasts but the CBC has Canadian content right at your finger tips.
