Create, send, and edit a form

Forms are a useful tool to help you plan events, give students a quiz, or collect other information in an easy, streamlined way. A Google form is automatically connected to a spreadsheet with the same title. When you send a form to recipients, their responses will automatically be collected in that spreadsheet.

Create and send a form

You can create and send a form from your Google Documents List or from any existing spreadsheet.

Create a form from your Documents List:

  1. Click Create new > Form.
  2. In the form template that opens, you can add any questions and options you’d like.
  3. Click Email this form once you’ve finished adding your questions.
  4. Add the email addresses of the people to whom you want to send this form.
  5. Click Send.

Alternate Method for using in School connect:

1.     Create questions with question 1 being  name

2.     Fill in your questions   

3.     Make sure you save your form

4.     Click on bottom of form link:

 

5. Drag top url onto desktop and then rename and put into class folder

  1. 6.  For demo submit some answers using teacher as one of the data trials

 

Flubaroo

7. To install Flubaroo go to insert menu of spreadsheet and choose script

8. Search for flubaroo and install the script, after you close the procedure a flubaroo menu is added to your spreadsheet.

9. Choose flubarro and then selected graded (run twice)

  2. 11.  Choose teacher as answer key
